Day 1 - Kochi

Meet our chauffeur at arrival point and proceed to Kochi for the hotel check in. After freshen up, you can start your day sightseeing at Fort Kochi and nearby. You can visit Fort Kochi beach, Chinese fishing nets, Kerala’s own fishing ways, Spice market (All Kerala spices are available and the smell of spices will enchant you), Jews street/Jews town (Famous for various Antique shops and Carved wooden shapes of Kerala’s different beauty, Remnants of traditional houses, all type of Jewelers, wooden, bronze and brass sculptures etc. are available), Jewish synagogue, Paradise synagogue, Mattancherry, Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica, St. Francis CSI Church and Dutch Cemetery. If time permits, you can visit and do shopping at M G road, Lulu mall and Broadway. Night stay at hotel at Kochi.

Day 2 - Munnar

After breakfast and check out from hotel at Kochi and proceed on a comfortable journey to Munnar. First, you will pass through the Neriamangalam Bridge, it is in the banks of Periyar and built across the Periyar river, is often referred as ‘The Gateway to the Highranges’ as it is on the way to the higher regions of Idukki district. This is also the border of Ernakulam and Idukki. Later, on the way to Munnar, you can visit two waterfalls, Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls. Driver can stop at both places to see waterfalls and take photos. If you need to take a small break between travelling to have food, driver can stop at Adimali town which is 17 KM away from second waterfalls. Drive to Munnar would show you Tea garden, Tea estates and stunning natural greenery of Munnar. Finally, reaching at resort and check in. You can rest at hotel and night stay.

Day 3 - Munnar

Morning after breakfast, start your sightseeing at 10.00 am. Today, you will explore the major sightseeing in Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park (Rajamala), which is worth to visit during your days at Munnar. You can see the Nilgiri Tahr there, but do not touch them. Approximately 700 Nilgiri Tahr are there in Eravikulam national park, which is the highest wild population in the world. The Nilgiri Tahr, (Nilgiritragus hylocrius  Ropiquet and Hassanin, 2005) is an endangered caprid listed in Schedule I of the Wildlife (Protection) Act 1972 and categorized as ‘endangered’ by the IUCN. Visit Blossom Hydel Park and Rose Garden by afternoon.

                   Later after lunch, proceed to Mattupetty direction with a visit at Mattupetty Dam. If you are lucky, you can see the wild elephants on the way. Then visit Munnar top station, located around 32 km away from Munnar, is the highest point (1700m) in Munnar and this place falls on the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border. Here you can enjoy the panoramic view of Western Ghats and the valley of Theni district of Tamil Nadu. If time permits, visit Eco point which is another greenery place. It is covered with plenty green sceneries. After sunrise, ride back to resort for the night stay with some good travel memories.

Day 4 - Thekkady

Morning after breakfast and proceed to Thekkady at 10.00 am. You can check into hotel and relax. Later, proceed for some sightseeing nearby. You can visit Rose park Kumily and Elephant junction. You can opt for Nature walk, Forest walk or Spice walk.

Later, at evening, you can see the live performance of both Kathakali and Kalaripayattu. Kalaripayattu-the oldest of martial arts-is a gift to the modern world and known as the mother of all martial arts and Kathakali is one of the oldest theatre forms in the world. It originated in the area of southwestern India now known as the state of Kerala. Kathakali is a group presentation, in which dancers take various roles in performances traditionally based on themes from Hindu mythology, especially the two epics, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. Come back to hotel for the night stay after out side dinner or you can have dinner from hotel itself.

Day 5 - Thekkady

After breakfast and proceed for day sightseeing in Thekkady. Start your day with early morning Periyar boating. This is an amazing experience while cruise through Periyar wild life sanctuary. During this boating, you will get a better chance of viewing wild animals as they come to the lake frequently for drinking water. You may be able to spot herds of Gaur, Sambar and wild boars in the grasslands adjacent to the shores. Thekkady is rich with lot of activities like trekking, bamboo rafting, jeep safari etc. You can even opt for a full day jeep safari to Gavi, picturesque land, is the major off-the-track destination ideal for a wilderness retreat replete with trekking, birding, canoeing and facilities for boarding. This biological garden, with hills and valleys, tropical forests (Need to be pre-booked). End the day sightseeing with a good sunset and night stay at hotel at Thekkady.

Day 6- Alleppey

Morning after breakfast, you will be received by our driver at 11.00 am and proceed on a 1-hour drive to Alleppey. You need to check into houseboat at 12.00 pm with welcome drink and start cruise through the beautiful backwater. While cruise in houseboat, you can experience the villages and village life of Kerala, Serene backwaters, Beautiful narrow canals, Get a glimpse of greenish Paddy fields, Churches, Temples, Coir factories etc. Houseboat will stop at afternoon for the Kerala lunch. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food will be available. Enjoy the delicious Kerala meal and start cruise after that. Houseboat will stop at evening 5.30 pm and will anchor at dock. You can do fishing nearby if need. After dinner at houseboat and night stay.

Day 7 - Varkala

After breakfast and check out the houseboat at 9.00 am and proceed to Varkala. Varkala is another famous beachin Kerala. It is in Kollam district. It is truly a calm and quiet paradise to have a nice beach experience. You can check into hotel and proceed for more sightseeing nearby. You can spend time at Anchuthengu Fort, a historical fort built by British, then Ponnumthuruthu and finally evening Darshan at Varkala Sri Janardanaswamy Temple which is 2000-year aged temple. As it is famous for beaches, you have lot of beach options to see including Varkala beach also known as Papanasam beach, Kappil beach, Odayam Beach etc. come back to hotel for the night stay.                     

Day 8 - Varkala - Kollam

After breakfast and proceed to do sightseeing in Kollam at 10.00 am. Alike other tourist destinations, Kollam is not very famous. But Kollam is always rich with lot of tourist attractions. Upon arrival, you can check into hotel. Later, proceed to visit Ashtamudi Lake, it is the gateway to the backwaters, Ashtamudi Lake is the most popular place in Kollam, which is surrounded by lush green trees and swaying coconut palms. Everyone loves its panoramic beauty. If time permits, you can visit Munroe Island. Munroe Island or Mundrothuruthu is an inland island group located at the confluence of Ashtamudi Lake and the Kallada River. Munroe Island is a hidden pearl in the backwaters which is composed of a cluster of 8 islands. Each of them is separated by small water channels and lakes

              Visit Kollam beach and then Jatayu Earth’s Center. Jatayu Earth’s Center is a natural park with lot of things to do including Abseiling, Archery, Rifle shooting, zip-line etc. By evening, come back to hotel for the night stay.

Day 9 - Kovalam

After breakfast and check out from hotel and proceed to Kovalam. Kovalam is a small coastal town in Thiruvananthapuram which is famous with lot of beaches. It’s another major tourist destination in Kerala. The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse. Sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programmes and catamaran cruising are some of them. Life on the beach begins late in the day and carries on well into the night. The beach complex includes a string of budget cottages, Ayurvedic health resorts, convention facilities, shopping zones, swimming pools, Yoga and Ayurvedic massage centres.

     You can do sightseeing and spend time at Kovalam beach, Hawa beach, Samudra beach, Vizhinjam beach, light house etc. Night stay at hotel at Kovalam.

Day 10 -Trivandrum

Morning after breakfast and proceed to Thiruvananthapuram for further sightseeing and shopping. Thiruvananthapuram (or Trivandrum) is the capital of the Kerala. It’s distinguished by its British colonial architecture and many art galleries. Start your day sightseeing with a darshan at Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the name of the city of Thiruvananthapuram in Malayalam translates to “The City of Lord Ananta”, referring to the deity of the Padmanabhaswamy temple. Later, you can visit Napier Museum, Kuthira Malika, Sri Chitra Art Gallery, Thiruvananthapuram Zoo and do shopping at local markets or shopping malls if needed. Come back to hotel for the night stay.

Day 11 - Kanyakumari

After breakfast and check out from hotel at Kovalam and proceed on a 2-hour 30-minute drive to Kanyakumari. Kanyakumari is located in the state of Tamil Nadu. This town that has been known since the Sangam Period has a rich historical and cultural background along with its unique geographical location. The name Kanyakumari is derived from the celebrated temple of Goddess Kanya Kumari.

Kanyakumari is always a perfect choice to all travel lovers with plenty of things to see. It is a perfect and among few of places in India where you can witness sunrise and sunset at same location. You can visit Vivekananda rock memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Kanyakumari beach, Padmanabhapuram Palace, Sunset view point etc. Night stay at hotel at Kanyakumari

Day 12 - Trivandrum or Madurai

You can experience a good sunrise from Kanyakumari. Later, after breakfast and check out from hotel and proceed to Trivandrum or Madurai for the departure.
